Diana started her business back in 1985.  Yes, back then being a women entrepreneur was almost unheard of, but within a month, she had plenty of clients and was on her way to achieving her dreams of working from home, loving every minute of it.

In the early 1990s she wrote her first book, Words From Home: How to Start a Home-Based Word Processing Business. Back then without social media and the internet it was a lot harder to get sales, but fortunately she was able to do just that and today there are many successful businesses from that book alone.  She was featured in Woman's World, USA Today, Home Business Magazine, and many many more during that time. 

Around that time she decided to see if she could get that book published and went looking for a publisher. - Success From Home: The Word Processing Business was born when she heard back from Adams-Blake Publishing that they were interested. (Yeah, query letters do work!)

It wasn't long before she realized that not only could you work for the clients down the street, but you could work globally and started doing more virtual assistant work.  (YES, even though now it's common to have a virtual assistant, back then not many knew about them and she prides herself in helping to spread the word about the VA industry and get it to where it is today. 

That's when she decided to team up with Kelly Poelker and write, Virtual Assistant the Series: Become a Highly Successful Sought After VA - (now in its 4th edition and in over 50 colleges.) In addition to the book they wrote the accompanying workbook and together its what you need to succeed as a virtual assistant. (Side note:  She also was approached by Corel WordPerfect to write a book and wrote Virtual Assistant Solution Pack - email us for details on that as it's also available now in Microsoft Word.)

Throughout the years she has written numerous other books including So You Want to be a Work-at-Home Mom: A Christian's Guide to Starting a Home-Based Business (Beacon Hill Publishing and co-written with Jill Hart) among others  (see below) while running a successful business.

Her passion for writing and marketing brought her to do what she does today, sell her books and well as help others reach their PR goals through her PR services, PR classes and coaching. 

Many today mainly know her from her PR services she offers, but she believes that the PR successes she can get for her clients is in part due to her successes in being an author and selling her own books. (Plus her Type A Personality and Love of anything PR.)
